Cut 2 and 1/2 lb of beef flank steak into 1 cm cubes.

In a bowl, mix together 2 and 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce, 3 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tbsp of hoisin sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper, and 1 tsp of Dashi to create the sauce.

Prep 4 cups of day old refrigerated rice and 3 eggs.

In a wok set to high heat, add some neutral oil.

Add the cubed steak to the wok and toss.

Season the steak with 1 tsp of Dashi while cooking.

Once the steak is cooked, add the eggs to the side of the wok and break them up to scramble.

Add 4 cups of the day old refrigerated rice to the wok.

Pour the sauce over the rice and toss to ensure all the rice is well coated with the sauce.

Add 1 bunch of chopped green onion and about 1 cup of frozen peas and carrot mixture to the wok.
