1/2 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano aged 24mo
4 cloves of garlic minced
1/4 cup onion or shallots finely chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 cup white wine optional
