Let the mixture sit for a few minutes to allow foam to subside, then strain it into the prepared pan.

Cover the pan with foil and arrange it in a wide oven-safe dish filled with about 1 inch of hot boiling water for a water bath bake.

Bake in the oven for about 50 minutes to 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
