1 cup over-night soaked white peas

1 Tomato
½ teaspoon Fennel seeds
2 tablespoons Oil
½ teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
¼ teaspoon Garam masala
½ teaspoon Chat masala

In a pot, add the soaked white peas and enough water to cover them. Cook until the peas are tender.

In a separate pan, heat oil and add fennel seeds, allowing them to sizzle.

Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Stir in ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for a few minutes.

Add chopped tomato and cook until soft.

Mix in the cooked peas and add garam masala and chat masala. Stir well to combine.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve topped with sev.
