1 13.5oz can light coconut milk

1 tbsp curry powder
a pinch of cinnamon
a pinch of nutmeg
1/2 tsp cumin
3 cans rinsed and drained chickpeas
1 cup fresh chopped spinach
fresh lime juice
chopped cilantro

Thoroughly mix all of these ingredients until incorporated.

Add three cans of rinsed and drained chickpeas.

Cook for 10 to 12 minutes to allow the flavors to melt together.

Mix in one cup of fresh chopped spinach at the end.
