3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups yogurt
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup almonds
2 tablespoons butter

Soak chickpeas overnight.

Toast Pita bread in the oven until crisp and golden.

Peel soaked chickpeas using a rolling pin to roll them until the skins come off.

Put peeled chickpeas in a pot and add three times their volume in water.

Simmer chickpeas for about 45 minutes until soft and tender.

Mash garlic cloves with salt until a paste forms.
