Start by taking a live lobster and using a sharp knife to kill it quickly by cutting through the head.
Cut the lobster tail off and split it down the center to remove the meat, ensuring to remove any veins.
Remove the bands from the lobster claws and steam the lobster and claws lightly in a pot with about 1/4 inch of water and a splash of rice wine for flavor.
Cover and steam for about 5-6 minutes until cooked, then let cool for about 10-15 minutes before shelling.
Shell the lobster and clams, saving the juice from the clams in a measuring cup for later use.
Prepare shrimp by cutting it into bite-sized pieces, about 1-5 pieces per shrimp, and ensure it is uncooked.
In a skillet, add mushrooms and bell peppers (yellow and orange) along with 5 tablespoons of bacon fat, cooking on high for 15-20 minutes until they render down and become crispy.
Season the mushrooms and bell peppers with salt and pepper to taste while cooking.
In a separate pot, combine heavy cream, butter, grated garlic, clam juice, salt, cream cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese, and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
To thicken the cream sauce, melt 2 teaspoons of butter and mix with 2 teaspoons of flour to create a paste, then stir this into the simmering cream sauce.
Add the shrimp to the cream sauce and cook just until they are done, then mix in the previously shelled lobster, clams, and king crab, cutting them into smaller pieces as needed.
Combine all seafood into the cream sauce and ensure everything is mixed thoroughly.
