Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In a bowl, combine the egg, sugar, vanillin, lemon zest, sunflower oil, and salt.

Mix in the flour and baking powder until a dough forms.

Shape the dough into small cannoli forms and place them on a baking tray.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

For the gelato, whip the cold sweetened cream and mix in the condensed milk and chocolate chips.

Fill the baked cannoli with the gelato mixture.

Garnish with melted dark chocolate and chopped hazelnuts or other nuts as desired.
