Add 450 grams of lean ground beef to a bowl.

Chop a little more than half a cup of parsley and add half cup to the mixture, setting the remainder aside for garnish.

To toast the spices, add half teaspoon cumin seeds, half teaspoon coriander seeds, and half teaspoon black peppercorns to a small frying pan over low heat.
