Break down the jameed and soak it in warm water until soft.

Clean the lamb meat, ensuring it has bones and some fat.

Rinse the meat, then place it in a pot with boiling water and boil for 5 minutes.

Dump the water and wash the meat with hot water.

Blend the jameed with some water until smooth.

In a pot, heat ghee and add chopped onion; sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add the lamb to the pot and mix with the onion and ghee for about 5 minutes.

Add the blended jameed (yogurt) to the pot and cook on the stove for 1.5 to 2 hours, adding cardamom.

For the rice, rinse 2 cups of rice and soak in salted water for 30 minutes.

Add the soaked rice to the pot with ghee, mix in turmeric and salt, and add water (2 cm above the rice).
