Fill a pot with 3 liters of water and add 1 kilogram of bone-in meat; bring to a boil.

Scoop off the foam and discard it.

Add 2 onions, 2 bay leaves, 1 cinnamon stick, 4-5 cardamom pods, and 3 cloves to the pot.

Cover the pressure cooker and cook for 30 minutes.

In another pot, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and add 2 cups of washed basmati rice, 1.5 tablespoons of salt, and 3 cups of beef stock; simmer and then cover for 20-25 minutes until rice is tender.

Prepare the jameed by stirring 2 packs of liquid jameed (500 grams each) and 1 cup of yogurt over medium heat until it boils.

Add 2 cups of beef stock to the jameed mixture.

Add all of the cooked meat pieces into the jameed and leave it over low heat for about 5-10 minutes.

Place one piece of flatbread (Shrek bread) on a serving plate and distribute jameed over the bread.

Add the cooked rice on top of the jameed.

Top with the cooked meat pieces and garnish with fried almonds and finely chopped parsley.
