Roast 4 tomatoes and 1 bulb of garlic on direct flame for a smokey flavor.

Take them out on a plate and peel the garlic and tomatoes.

Remove the upper part of the tomatoes and chop them.

Put chopped onion, tomatoes, green chili, and garlic in a jar and grind it coarsely.

Add ginger, green chili, fresh coriander leaves, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tsp carom seeds, 1 tsp mango powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, and salt to taste.

Add 1 tbsp oil and knead the dough with the grated potato.

Take a pan and put oil for frying, heating it over medium flame.

Apply oil on a chopping board, roll the dough balls, and give them shape.

Fry them in the hot oil until crispy, ensuring to fry them all in the same way.
