2 tbsp coriander (chopped)

In a mixer jar, take 1½ cup besan, ¼ cup rava, ¼ cup curd, ¼ tsp turmeric, and ¾ tsp salt.

Add 1 cup water and blend to a smooth batter.

Pour the batter into a large bowl and rest for 10 minutes.

To prepare the stuffing, in a bowl take 1 cup paneer, 1 carrot, ½ capsicum, 1 tomato, 3 tbsp sweet corn, and 2 tbsp coriander.

To prepare the chilla, heat the dosa pan and pour the chilla batter.

Spread as thin as possible.

Once the chilla is cooked from the top, spread 1 tsp oil.

Cover and roast on low flame until the chilla is cooked well.
