Crush 1 whole garlic in a mortar until completely crushed and transfer to a clean container.
Heat a wok and add olive oil, cooking the garlic slowly to avoid burning, stirring until golden brown, then remove the garlic and set aside.
Slice beef tenderloin into cubes and season with salt, ground black pepper, and the infused olive oil from cooking the garlic. Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes to absorb the seasonings.
Heat the wok until very hot and add the seasoned beef directly without additional oil, searing it and stirring to cook evenly for 10 minutes.
Add more Worcestershire sauce and oyster sauce to the beef, mixing well.
Slice butter into 4 equal parts and add one part to the beef, continuing to cook until the liquid reduces by half.
Add the remaining butter and continue cooking until fully melted and the liquid evaporates completely.
Add the toasted garlic and chopped parsley, mixing well before transferring to a serving bowl.
