1

Welcome to Healthy Kadai; today we will make gujiya for Holi.

2

Take refined flour (maida) to make a nice soft dough using oil.

3

Prepare the filling with dry fruits and sugar; you can fry the dry fruits and add sugar or buy ready-made filling.

4

Make a firm dough with refined flour and oil, ensuring it's a little tighter.

5

Take a small ball of the refined flour dough and roll it out like a chapati, ensuring the edges are not too thin.

6

Apply a layer of water at the edges of the rolled dough to help seal it.

7

Place a spoonful of the dry fruit filling in the center of the rolled dough.

8

Fold the dough over to form a half-moon shape and seal the edges using a fork for a nice impression.

9

Prepare all gujiyas and air fry them instead of deep frying.

10

Preheat the air fryer to 180°C and place the gujiyas inside.

11

Air fry the gujiyas for 10 minutes, checking their status after that time.

12

After air frying, dip the gujiyas in sugar syrup for at least 1 minute before serving.
