Cut 2 bananas into thin rectangular pieces.
Break in an egg into a cup of all-purpose flour.
Add a spoon of cumin seeds and mix well.
Add 75 ml of milk and 50 ml of water and make it into a smooth batter, breaking any lumps if present.
Add 6 spoons of sugar, 1 spoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt, and mix well.
Coat the banana pieces with the batter.
Heat a pan and pour in 30 ml of oil.
Put in the banana pieces covered in batter into the pan and let it fry in medium heat, turning from side to side till golden brown.
Take off the pan and serve.
