In a container, mix together 1 cup of rolled oats, 2/3 cup of plant milk, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, a pinch of salt, 2 teaspoons of vanilla, and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup.

Layer the oat mixture with vegan yogurt in a highball glass or similar container, using about a heaping tablespoon of each per layer.
