Crush 3/4 packet of vermicelli in a large bowl.
Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a large kadai.
Add the crushed vermicelli and roast for about 10 minutes on medium flame until golden brown.
Add a few tablespoons of water gradually while mixing to soften the vermicelli.
Add 3 tablespoons of condensed milk to the mixture and mix well.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Grease muffin tins with ghee or use cling wrap for easy removal.
Press the warm vermicelli mixture into muffin tins to form cups.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set the cups.
Prepare the filling by mixing 1/2 cup of fresh cream with 2 tablespoons of whipping cream and 1 tablespoon of condensed milk until smooth.
Fill the cooled vermicelli cups with the cream filling.
Top with seasonal fruits like pomegranate, grapes, banana, or mango.
