1 medium cinnamon stick
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons tomato paste
4 tablespoons water
1 Kg green beans
3 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
2 cups water
1 tablespoon salt
5 litres boiling water
2 tablespoons salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
2-3 tablespoons saffron
