Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
In a bowl, combine 100 g butter, 50 g sugar, 5 g vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt.
Add 1 egg to the mixture and mix well.
Gradually add 170 g flour and 50 g coconut flakes, mixing until combined.
Spoon the mixture into tartlet molds.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes.
After 12 minutes, bake for an additional 5 minutes.
In a saucepan, bring 300 ml of water to a boil.
In another bowl, mix 1 egg yolk, 50 g sugar, and 50 g cornstarch.
Slowly add the boiling water to the egg mixture while stirring continuously to avoid scrambling the egg.
Add 20 g milk to the mixture and stir until combined.
In a separate bowl, melt 40 g butter and 80 g white chocolate together.
Once melted, combine with the coconut mixture and stir until smooth.
