HOW TO MAKE PEANUT SOUP (GROUND PEA SOUP)

Welcome to the channel and introduction to making peanut butter soup.

Show the peanut butter being used, specifying it has no sugar and no salt.

Display the meats: smoked neck bones, hard chicken, stock fish, cured beef, and cow skin.

Chop and show the onion, fresh tomato, and habanero pepper.

Add complete Sazon seasoning and salt to the mixture.

Add 3 beef stock cubes to the pot with all the meats and cover it to let it steam for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, uncover the pot and pour in water to cover the ingredients, then bring it to a boil.

Let the crab boil for about 15 minutes, then remove the crab and leave the other ingredients to cook.

In a bowl, mix peanut butter with oil and add tap water to break it up with your hands.

Transfer the peanut mixture to the stove with some water and add tomato paste, letting it cook until it rises to the top.

Once the peanut mixture has oil on top, pour it into the pot with the boiling meat and let it cook for 10 minutes.

Add the crab back into the pot after the peanut mixture is added and cooked.

Finish by serving the peanut soup with Fufu.
