3 ½ lbs. chicken pieces
½ lbs. yucca cubes
2 bay leaves
½ tsp salt
½ tsp white pepper
1 jar crunchy peanut butter
1 large chicken cube
8 whole all spice
2 tomatoes
4 garlic cloves
1 onion
1 cup celery

Peel and grate the green plantains.

Boil 3 liters of hot water and add the onion, garlic, tomato, pre-boiled chicken, all spice, chicken cube, salt, white pepper, and celery. Stir and let cook for 10-15 minutes.

Mix in the peanut butter with hot water and some of the soup broth.

Add the bay leaves in the soup.

Stir while slowly adding the peanut butter.

Add the yucca cubes.

Make small balls of the grated plantain and put them in the soup.

Gently stir after 2 minutes so the balls do not break and let it cook for another 10-15 minutes on low/med heat.

Add the hot peppers (optional) and some more celery on top.
