1 cup red onion, chopped
1 cup white onion, chopped
2 green chilies, sliced
1/2 cup spring onions, chopped
2 cups okra, sliced
2 tablespoons locust beans
4 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup palm oil
2 cups bitter tomatoes, chopped
1 teaspoon chili scotch
1/2 cup unga shrimp
1 lb mackerel

Put mutton meat in a pot.

Add crabs and prawns on top of the meat.

Add smoked catfish to the pot.
