1.5 lbs corned beef
8 cups water
3 tablespoons tamarind paste
1 medium onion
2 medium tomatoes
1 cup radish, sliced
1 medium eggplant, sliced
1 cup long green beans, trimmed
2 cups bok choy, chopped
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 green chili, sliced
1 lime, juiced

Put 2 pounds of corned beef brisket in a pressure cooker with 5 cups of water and cook for 45 minutes.

If using a regular pot, cook for about 2 hours.

Remove the beef, slice it into bite-sized pieces, and return it to the liquid.

Add 2 sliced carrots, 1 medium yellow onion cut into wedges, and 2 medium potatoes peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Add 1 packet of sinigang sampalok seasoning and stir well to dissolve.

When the potatoes are half done, add 300 G of daikon cut into 1/4 inch thick half moons and some fish sauce to taste.
