Brazilian BBQ

Cultural Context

Originating from the Southern regions of Brazil, Churrasco is a traditional barbecue that reflects the country's rich agricultural heritage. It is often a communal event, where family and friends gather to enjoy various cuts of grilled meat, typically served with sides like rice, beans, and farofa. The ritual of preparing and sharing Churrasco has made it a beloved cultural tradition, celebrated in homes and restaurants alike. Today, Brazilian BBQ has gained popularity worldwide, with many adapting the style to local tastes and ingredients.
