In a saucepan, combine 1.5 cups sugar and 0.5 cups water, stirring gently to dissolve the sugar.
Turn on the heat to medium-low and let the sugar caramelize until it reaches a bright amber color.
Transfer the caramel to an 18 cm diameter pudding mold, carefully coating the bottom and sides.
In a blender, combine 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, 3 eggs, 1 can of milk, and 0.5 cups of grated cheese.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
Pour the mixture into the caramel-coated mold.
In a large pot, add enough water to reach about 2 fingers high.
Place the pudding mold in the pot and cover it with a lid.
Cook on low heat for 20 to 30 minutes, checking for firmness with a fork or toothpick.
Once firm, let the pudding cool completely in the pot before removing it from the mold to avoid breaking it.
