1/3 cup flour or dried breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried parsley leaves
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1.5 to 2 cups water
1 beef cube
2 tablespoons flour for gravy
2 teaspoons liquid seasoning
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup all-purpose cream
French beans

Mix ground pork or beef with salt, flour or breadcrumbs, eggs, black pepper, chopped onions, garlic powder, dried parsley, and nutmeg until sticky.

Heat oil and scoop meat mixture into balls using an ice cream scoop, about 2 tablespoons each.

Toast flour in a pan for the gravy until brown, then add butter.

Add water, beef cube, liquid seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and white pepper to the toasted flour and butter mixture.
