1/2 tsp Pepper powder
3/4 cup Coconut milk
1/4 cup Water
4 Tbsp Oil (coconut or olive)

Add fenugreek seeds

Add chopped onion and sauté until it turns slight brown.

Add curry leaves, slit green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, pepper powder, and salt; sauté well on low flame until aromatic.

Add 1/2 cup coconut milk and 1/4 cup water; cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add tomato.

Add fried fish (marinated with salt, turmeric powder, and chilli powder, then fried in oil for 3 to 4 minutes).

Cook the whole curry with fish for another 5 minutes on low to medium flame until the gravy thickens.

Turn to low flame and add 1/4 cup coconut milk; stir for a minute without boiling.
