4 cups water
1-2 scotch bonnet peppers, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 green onions, chopped
2 medium carrots, sliced
2 bay leaves
