While traditional recipes are common, many modern variations include unique marinades and stuffing, reflecting regional tastes and preferences.

Chop the potatoes.

Sprinkle with sunflower oil, salt, ginger, thyme, black pepper, turmeric, and garlic.
Roast in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Remove from the oven and serve with lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
