1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
handful fresh coriander
¼ tsp asafoetida
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
¼ tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp coriander seeds
pinch baking soda
1 tbsp oil
salt as per taste
