Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a thin circle.
Place a portion of the meat mixture on one half of each circle.
Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape and seal the edges.
Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and add butter.
Cook each gözleme for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve warm with yogurt on the side.
