1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3 tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp Cayenne pepper
1 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups basmati rice
4 cups water
1 small onion diced
1 garlic clove diced
2 cardamom
2 cloves
1 tsp salt to taste
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp turmeric
