1 lb beef sirloin
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
3 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
1 cup mushrooms
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup heavy cream

Marinate the sliced beef in pepper, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar for 1 to 2 hours, covered to avoid contamination.

Heat oil in a pan, then add garlic and onion. Cook until the onion is translucent.
