Instructions

- 4Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush lightly with melted butter.
- 5Place another sheet of phyllo on top and brush with more butter.
- 6Spoon a portion of the cheese mixture onto the bottom edge of the phyllo.
- 7Fold the sides of the phyllo over the filling and roll it up tightly into a log.
- 8Repeat the process with remaining phyllo and filling, placing the rolls in a greased baking dish.
- 9Brush the top of the banitsa with any remaining melted butter.
- 10Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until golden brown.
- 11Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.
- 12Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
