Take 1 cup of besan (gram flour) in a bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of cornflour.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder and 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder.
Add salt to taste and 1 teaspoon of chaat masala.
Add 1 tablespoon of hot oil and mix well.
Gradually add water to form a dough.
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Use a syringe to fill with the batter.
Heat oil in a pan for frying.
Pipe the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
Remove the fried pieces and place them on a plate.
