Mix the water, the yeast, the waffle mix, and the butter or margarine together (3 min. slow of +/- 6 min. fast).

Add the pearl sugar and mix (1 min. slow).

Form round dough pieces (70 g) and leave them for final fermentation for +/- 60 mins at 29°C - 85 % RH.

Bake in Liège Waffle iron ( +/- 180°C for +/- 2 mins)
