Injeer (Dried figs) chopped as required
Badam (Almonds) chopped as required
Kaju (Cashew nuts) chopped as required
Khajoor (Dates) deseeded & chopped 6-7

Transfer to a bowl, add khoya, and mix well.

Cover the surface with cling film and let it cool in the refrigerator.

Remove cling film, add cream, and whisk until well combined.

Add diced apples, sapodilla, halved grapes, sliced banana, raisins, chopped dried figs, chopped almonds, chopped cashew nuts, and chopped dates, and fold gently.
