A Festive Way To Decorate Cheesecake For Christmas!

Cheesecake has roots in ancient Greece, where it was served to athletes at the first Olympic Games. Over the centuries, it evolved into various forms, with the Ukrainian version often featuring a rich, creamy filling and a buttery crust. Traditionally enjoyed during celebrations and holidays, cheesecake remains a beloved dessert worldwide, with countless variations and flavors reflecting local tastes.
Crush the 18 Oreos and mix with 2 tbsp melted butter to form the crust.
Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a cheesecake pan to create the crust.
In a mixing bowl, combine 16 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup sour cream, 2 eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust.
Bake the cheesecake in the oven until set, then let it cool.
Top the cheesecake with whipped cream and strawberries to create a festive decoration.
