200 Gram digestive biscuits crumbs
1.5 TBSP white sugar
1 TSP vanilla extract
300 ML extra thick double cream
200 Gram soft cheese
strawberries
cherries
grated chocolate

Put digestive biscuit crumbs in the fridge for 1 hour to set the base.

Fold the extra thick double cream with the soft cheese and sugar (do not stir/whisk).

Add vanilla extract and mix gently.

Pour the mixture over the chilled biscuit base.
