20 ml lemon juice
1 kg pork ribs

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In a bowl, combine red onion, garlic, olive oil, tomato sauce, brown sugar, mustard powder, water, tomato paste, vinegar, Worcester sauce, salt, chilli pepper, pepper, lemon zest, and lemon juice.

Mix well to create a marinade for the pork ribs.

Place 1 kg of pork ribs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.

Sprinkle with smoked paprika and thyme.

Cover the dish with foil and place it in the oven for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, add 300 g of sour cabbage and 300 g of potatoes to the dish.

Drizzle with 20 ml of sunflower oil and season with salt and pepper.

Return to the oven uncovered for another 25 minutes.
