1 Cup Rolled Oats (80g)
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon (2g)
1/2 Cup Cold Butter, Cubed (112g)
1/3 Cup Honey or Sugar (80ml)
4 Cups Mixed Berries, Fresh or Frozen & Thawed (560g)
1/4 Cup Flour (35g)

In a bowl, whisk together flour, oats, and cinnamon.

Blend in the butter using a pastry mixer or until mixture is crumbly.

Stir in the honey.

Place the berries in an 8 by 8 inch square baking pan and stir in the 1/4 cup of flour to coat.

Top with the oat mixture and spread out evenly.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
