1 kilo frozen mixed berries (blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants)
6 oz oats (gluten-free if desired)
4 oz brown demerara sugar
4 oz flour (gluten-free if desired)
1 oz coconut
5 oz butter (or 4 oz vegan margarine for vegan option)
3 oz sugar (for fruit)

Add 1 kilo of frozen mixed berries to a dish.

Combine 6 oz oats, 4 oz brown demerara sugar, 4 oz flour, and 1 oz coconut in a bowl.

Melt 5 oz butter (or 4 oz vegan margarine) in a saucepan.

Stir the melted butter into the dry mixture until it forms a crumble.

Add approximately 3 oz sugar to the frozen berries and stir.

Spread the crumble topping over the sugared berries.

Place the dish on a tray to catch any overflow.

Preheat the oven to 170-180°C.
