Raspberry Crumble Bars

1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 large egg
1/2 cup raspberry jam
2 cups fresh raspberries
1/4 cup almond flakes

Grate the butter.

Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, and butter until crumbly.

Set aside 2 handfuls of the mixture.

Add an egg to the remaining crumb mixture and mix by hand.

Prepare a square baking dish (22x22 cm) lined with parchment paper for easy removal.

Evenly distribute the dough in the dish and press it down firmly.

Make several fork holes in the dough.

Spread jam over the dough.

Distribute raspberries on top of the jam.

Mix almond flakes with the reserved crumb mixture and evenly distribute over the raspberries.
