Raspberry Crumble Bars

2 sticks salted butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla

Start with a large mixing bowl.

Add 2 sticks of salted butter to the bowl.

Add 1/2 cup of sugar to the butter.

Add 2 1/2 cups of flour to the mixture.

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Use a pastry cutter to cut the butter into the dry ingredients until it resembles crumbs.

Transfer half of the crumb mixture into a 9x13 pan lined with parchment paper and press it down to form the crust.

Spread raspberry jam over the crust in thin droplets, adjusting the thickness to your preference.

Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the top of the raspberry jam evenly.

Place the pan in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
