Raspberry Crumble Bars

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup rolled oats
2 cups fresh raspberries
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add the melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.

Stir in the rolled oats until well combined.

Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch baking pan to form the crust.

In another bowl, toss the raspberries with lemon juice and cornstarch until coated.

Spread the raspberry mixture evenly over the crust in the baking pan.

Crumble the remaining oat mixture over the raspberries to create a topping.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
