1 tbsp Canola Oil (for saute)
2 pcs Spring Onion (chopped & divided (white part))
4 cups Water or unsalted veg broth
1 pc Chicken Broth Cube
4-5 tsp Fish Sauce (adjust according to taste)
¼ tsp Black Pepper (to taste)
12-18 pcs Pork Wonton (homemade or store bought)
2 pcs Bok Choy / Bokchoi (blanched)
250 g Fresh Miki Noodles (wash & blanched)
Fried Garlic (garnish)
Chili Garlic Oil (For spicy, optional)
Spring Onions, chopped (green part only)

Heat oil in a pan.

Saute chopped spring onion until soft & fragrant.

Pour 4 cups of water then, bring water to a full boil.

Drop broth cube & let it boil.

Add fish sauce, stir & adjust according to taste.

Drop 18 pcs of pork wonton in a simmering broth.

Let it simmer for about 10-15 mins. or until pork wontons are cooked.

Add black pepper to taste.

In another pan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

Add fresh miki noodles.

Blanch noodles for about 2-3 mins. or according to your preference.

Strain noodles & transfer to a serving bowl.

Blanch bok choy for about 1-2 mins.

In a bowl, arrange bok choy on top of noodles.

Pour in light & tasty chicken broth.

Top with pork wontons about 4-6 pcs.
