Grease loaf pan with melted butter or oil. Line with parchment paper.

In a bowl add 1/2 cup tutti frutti and 1 tsp flour. Mix until the tutti frutti pieces are coated with the flour.

In a large bowl add yogurt, sugar, baking soda, and baking powder. Whisk all ingredients and set aside for 5 min.

In another bowl, sift all-purpose flour.

To the yogurt mixture add vanilla essence, oil, and salt. Mix slightly.

Add flour in 2 batches. Mix well with the spatula.

Add flour covered tutti frutti. Fold in gently.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle some tutti frutti for topping.

Bake in a preheated oven for 45-50 min or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let the cake rest in the pan for 5 min. Scrap the sides then invert to de-mold.

Cool down the cake on a wire rack for at least 30 min.
