Sift 200 grams of flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder into a bowl.
In a separate bowl, take room temperature milk and add vinegar, then set aside.
Prepare a 3-inch ring mold by wrapping it tightly with aluminum foil and greasing it with oil.
In another bowl, mix full cream milk with caster sugar and whisk lightly, then set aside.
Soak saffron in warm water to enhance its flavor.
Add flavorless oil to the milk mixture and mix well.
Heat the milk mixture on low heat until it reaches a half boil.
Gradually add milk powder to the milk mixture while whisking to avoid lumps, and continue to cook on low heat.
Add cardamom powder and vanilla extract to the milk mixture, along with the soaked saffron.
Prepare the batter by mixing wet and dry ingredients together, resulting in approximately 200 grams of batter.
Divide the batter equally into two greased molds, adding 100 grams of batter to each mold.
Place a jalebi on top of each mold of batter.
Garnish with chopped pistachios and almonds, then tap the molds lightly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 18 to 20 minutes, checking with a toothpick for doneness.
Simultaneously, continue to thicken the rabdi mixture on low heat until it reaches the desired consistency.
