Traditional Ukrainian Dinner

This dinner showcases the rich flavors and textures of Ukrainian cuisine, celebrating seasonal ingredients and time-honored cooking methods. Create the broth (already done before starting the video).
Put washed beef meat into the pot and boil it for 1.5 hours.
In a frying pan, heat some olive oil and stir-fry the carrots and onion until the onions are glassy and the carrots are slightly softened.
Add more olive oil and the beets to the pan, frying for another 5 minutes.
Check the soup that is boiling and remove the foam.
Add the cabbage, potatoes, and all other vegetables with the seasonings including bay leaves, peppercorn, tomato paste, salt, and pepper.
Add the garlic and mix everything well.
Cook the soup for another 20 minutes.
Serve the soup and garnish with sour cream.
